Delivery is based on availability only and must be requested as early as possible for accommodations to be made. Deliver fee is calculated based on location.

 Lyft/Uber services may be used to deliver non tiered orders, applicable fees will apply.

Your order should be assumed as pickup until a delivery request is confirmed and paid for.
